商業綜合體裝修設計驗收機制 Acceptance Standards of Villa Decoration and Design
There is acceptances of villa decoration materials, acceptances of concealed work,acceptances by stages, interim acceptances , pre-acceptance and completion acceptance in SMY, and inspection is carried out for every process, which makes SMY a model in this industry.
1、材料驗收 Acceptance of Materials
When materials enter the market, the suppliers should be checked and accepted in strict accordance with the standards;The owner shall sign for confirmation after each acceptance to ensure that the acceptance of construction materials is carried out in public.
2、隱蔽工程驗收 Acceptance of Concealed Work
隱蔽工程過程監督察看，在封閉之前各個部門簽字確認，保證不遺漏、不出錯、無質量問題。During the supervision and inspection of concealed works, all departments shall sign and confirm before the closure to ensure there is no omission, error or quality problem.
3、分階段驗收 Acceptance by Stages
For partial projects, pre-construction confirmation, in-construction supervision and post-construction acceptance shall be carried out respectively.For complex projects, the acceptance should be carried out for many times and by stages to ensure the overall quality.
4、中期驗收 Interim Acceptance

6、竣工驗收 Completion Acceptance
